PGC London 20th & 21st Jan

Pocket Gamer Connects London kicked off our 2025 gaming event calendar this month with two action packed days of meetings, talks and networking.

Our Creative Producer Ben Cawthorne was there to catch up on the industry outlook (aiming to 'thrive in ‘25') and talk about our studio and games with investors, collaborators and platform holders.

This was his 10th year attending the event(!) and in that time it has only grown in scale and attendance.

Annibendod

Cloth Cat has been working with Siwan Jobbins and Twt Productions to bring Bochau the hamster to life in the new series Annibendod.

'Annibendod' is about the messy adventures of an anarchic, lively, fun-loving girl called Anni and her hamster side-kick, Bochau (‘Cheeks’), who loves a bit of mischief as well as a song and dance!

Twt Productions worked with the team at Boom kids on casting and filming which included PM Marian Eluned and director Nathan Ifans. Songs were created and produced by the brilliant MD Dyfan Jones, and the team were guided by Mudiad Meithrin to ensure suitability for young children learning Welsh.

We loved having the opportunity to produce animation for this production and look forward to seeing more from Annibendod and Bochau!

You can watch Annibendod over on Iplayer here

What are we watching and playing?
